Our coatings provide excellent preparation for painting, duplex coatings, adhesives and rubber molding. Our product is recommended by the UK Steel Construction Institute for tension-control bolts. Additional features include:

GREENKOTE PM-1 coating type is an excellent alternative for hot-dip galvanizing, sheradizing and other coating systems as well as stainless steel. PM-1 coated bolts are found on major building and construction sites around the world.

Our PM-1 coating is specified for high performance fasteners used in heavy construction projects that require superior long-term corrosion resistance combined with excellent torque lubricity and torque retention. That’s a material improvement over current performance levels and a very important parameter for high-strength bolts.

Through a relationship with Tension Control Bolts Ltd., a leading British supplier of tension control bolts, the TCB/GREENKOTE product has received the accreditation of several major British heavy construction projects, which include the Oval Cricket Ground stadium, Wembley Stadium Bridge and Heathrow Terminal 5, among others.

In addition to the UK Steel Construction Institute, our building and highway construction industry approvals include the British Highway Agency, and the German Institute of Construction (DIBt).
