Degreasing
Pre-treatment operations are used to remove oils and light rust prior to coating.
Coating Raw Parts
The dry bulk zinc aluminium powders are combined with parts and heated at prescribed times and temperature in the retort chamber.
Cleaning & Phosphating
Parts are rinsed to remove coating dust after the heating cycle and passivated with a zinc phosphate solution.
Drying
All parts are dried and packed for shipment.

HT – High temperature coatings group

Our HT-Tri metal coatings are for high temperatures oxidation protection and anti-seizing properties. HT-2A is suited for stainless steels and nickel alloys. HT-2C works best with carbon and low-alloy steels and cast iron. HT-2T is used on titanium alloys.
